KAREN COCCHIARO

I was originally licensed in Maryland in 1994 and started my real estate career with Long & Foster. After purchasing a small condo in Las Vegas to spend winters, I decided to get my Nevada license in 1999 where my real estate business took off. My introduction to real estate was with a privately owned firm, Properties Plus, where I was trained properly on successful real estate practices. In 2000, I decided that my business was becoming hihly successful so I joined RE/MAX which was my real estate home for 17 years. With the market crash in 2007-2008, I wanted to find a slower pace (I thought) and moved to Florida obtaining my Broker license in the State of Florida. Because of the success I had enjoyed, I found myself training/mentor and teaching agents. With that skill, I was offered a position as a Broker manager at a C21 office in Tampa that needed some coaching! From there, I was recruited by a francise owner of Weichert Real Estate to manage their office in New Smyrna Beach. A office and location that became home! After much soul searching, I realized I needed to go back to Las Vegas which was my "heart". So, back I came, got my Broker License in Nevada and worked for a couple of privately owned companies. It was crazy but my resume was still circulating around Florida! One day, I got a call from someone who was going to open a Keller Williams office in Venice Florida. She offered me the Managing Broker/Team Leader position of her brand new office. So, off to Florida I went one more time! After getting the office off the ground, I realized to I needed to have my very own office and opened what still is Advanta Realty Beach Town in Daytona FL. Still wanting to be back in Las Vegas, I was then recruited to open and manage a brand new Brokerage which has now today become Advantage Realty Ltd. I am proud to say that we have now been open and operating successfully since August 2018. Words can't explain how much I love the business, training/mentoring brand new agents and assisting seasoned agents to become successful. I pride myself in my "hands on" approach and provide superior service to all my agents and clients! We are one of the few offices in Las Vegas offering  Brian Buffini's Mastery courses which I faciliate/train & coach. After all, real estate is all about relationships!
